 |  This was my first year at studio2stage and it was the most incredible 9 days of my life.I gained so much experience and was given once in a life time opportunities such as dancing on Times Square! To produce such an amazing show in such a short period of time was truly unbelievable. I believe this was a great insight into what it would be like to tour professionally, which is one of my biggest goals in the future. I would like to thank Michelle and Barry, all the choreographers, the musicians, the stage crew and of course the other cast memebers for making this possible. | This was my first year attending studio2stage and it exceeded all my expectations. Being able to work so closely with amazing choreographers gave a great insight into professional show life. Right from the start the studio2stage team and cast members were nothing but friendly and I quickly made friends for life. The experience of dancing in Times Square and the full production shows was phenomenal and gave me a great introduction to hopefully doing what I love in the future.  | studio2stage has been the most incredible experience ever! I learnt so much in just 9 days that you really could not learn anywhere else. I would highly recommend it to all dancers looking to transition into a professional dance career. I am devastated that it is over but the lessons, friends and memories made will last a lifetime. studio2stage made me completely step outside of my comfort zone in so many ways but it has built my confidence to another level. I cannot wait to use all of the knowledge I learnt from the extremely talented and inspiring 2022 team in my professional career moving forward. | After an amazing 10 days at studio2stage, I can safely say it was the experience of a lifetime! Being able to do the thing that I love most surrounded by people that all share that love for dance too was incredible. Between getting to work with some of the best choreographers out there and the experience of dancing in Times Square, I would highly recommend s2s to any dancers out there hoping to become a professional dancer! The confidence I gained from dancing on the stage and in front of an audience has given me such a great insight into the world of professional dance.  | As a singer at studio2stage 2019, I can happily say that it was an amazing experience that taught me so much about putting a show together. I learned about how the music behind all of the Irish shows are put together and worked with amazing musicians. We worked very hard, but on top of it all I made friends that I have stayed in touch with and will see at future dance competitions and other musical events. All in all, studio2stage gave me resources for my future and friends and memories to last a life time! I 100% percent recommend studio2stage to all Irish musicians and Irish step dancers. | Taking part in studio2stage in 2017 and 2018 were two incredible experiences. studio2stage reinforced my love for performing and professional dance. The days are intense and exhilarating as the cast works for the end result of putting on a professional performance. The 10 days were fast paced with hours of rehearsals that were incredibly rewarding as we saw our hard work and the choreographer’s vision come to life. It was inspiring to learn from choreographers who are professional dancers that have the jobs and experience that we as dancers hope to have one day. They were all so willing to share their talent and share the path that it took for them to get where they are today which is something that I am so grateful for. I made close friends that I still stay in touch with. These friends have made a great Irish dance network with people who can lean on each other for advice and feedback as we all have similar goals. I can’t thank studio2stage enough for the lasting friendships and connections I’ve gained from it. studio2stage also made me into a stronger and more courageous dancer willing to take risks to improve myself. Currently, I am getting ready to go live in Dublin for a couple months to study dance. I know my ability to make bold things happen is directly related to my time at S2S and the knowledge I gained through both the experience I had and the people I met.  | studio2stage will forever be a fantastic memory for me. I was a cast member in studio2stage’s program for two consecutive summers and experienced many rewarding opportunities. I was exposed to innovative choreography, a friendship I hold dear, the excitement of participating in flash mobs in Times Square, and the amazing opportunity to later dance professionally for Scott Doherty successful shows Christmas In Killarney having met and worked with Scott at studio2stage which opened an exciting door for me and which I will always value.
